Salem Nursing Department Showcases Food from Around the World

Different cultures and different tastes were exploredStudents and staff from the nursing program at Kent State Salem hosted International Day featuring food, music and displays of several cultures that represent the locations nursing students visited in recent years as part of their study abroad courses.Dr. Ferranto and students at International Day 2016

The countries and cultures highlighted included Japan, Canada, Tanzania, Ghana, Switzerland, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Haiti and the Native American Lakota community from South Dakota.
