Mancini Duffy | CAFM Developer. The CAFM Developer will be responsible for the marketing, implementation, and maintenance of facilities data and drawings for numerous clients. Marketing includes pitch meetings, solution selection, and proposal preparation, requiring knowledge of facilities operations for various industries. Implementation will include eihter Archibus or Aperture software, requiring CAD skills as well as database experience, including normalizing data and occasionally developing custom schemas. Ability to write ad-hoc queries and reports is preferred. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is also required; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings an asset. The successful candidate must also demonstrate strong client management, witht the goal of fostering and nurturing long-term relationships.
