Jonathan Lower is a Masters graduate assistant in the History Department at Kent State University. His research focus is 20th century American culture. Jonathan’s professional interests are musical influence on American culture. He recently completed his thesis: The American Blues: Men, Myths, and Motifs available at Kent State Library. Jonathan hopes to continue to teach history through music and culture. Meanwhile he continues to write and perform with his band.
