Our School of Journalism and Mass Communication is housed in Franklin Hall, a state-of-the-art facility, is equipped with the Marcus Thomas, LLC Focus Group room, television and radio studio space. JMC students and faculty have been nationally recognized for their excellence in journalism, photography and videography. JMC will release its second full-length film this winter, a comedic musical set in a research lab.
The School of Visual Communication Design is the only graphic design program in the state of Ohio to win both the prestigious Academic Challenge and Program Excellence Grants given by the Ohio Board of Regents. VCD was recently listed in the top three design schools by the British Web site eHow.co.uk.
