Through Music, El-Dabh Makes the Classroom a Village

Oct. 8, 2007  Ever since Halim El-Dabh, emeritus professor of music, was a child in Egypt, he has been intrigued by the world of music.

El-Dabh discusses his theories about the power of music and how, through music, he makes his classroom a village. You can also watch scenes from El-Dabh’s class practicing African music and dance.
