Send email to may4@kent.edu. Send scans of photos and an entry form/signed user agreement for each photo. Scan photos at 300 dpi or highest resolution available.

Upload to http://may4.kent.edu/photos. Follow the steps online to send digital files of photos, an entry form for each photo, and your checked user agreement.
