This certificate program provides students with a background in the uses and technological advances of the Internet/World Wide Web and the computer resources involved. The focus is on hands-on experience with some theoretical foundations.
Students must satisfy the prerequisite courses, if any, of all courses in the program by either (a) completing the prerequisite course or (b) demonstrating to a computer technology faculty member that they have otherwise met the prerequisite. A minimum of 15 hours of the curriculum must be completed at Kent State University.
