Entrepreneurship Extravaganza - Nov. 20 and 21, 2008

We are pleased to announce that The Kent State University Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation will be holding the third annual Entrepreneurship Extravaganza on Nov. 20 and 21.

Last year’s event welcomed more than 700 students, community members and entrepreneurs to the Kent Campus. This is a high-energy event designed to provide students and entrepreneurial community members with the tools, resources and motivation needed to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset . . .  leading to success in careers and life.

The Extravaganza includes several workshops, panel discussions and speakers on various entrepreneurial topics. A few topics that you can expect to learn about this year include:

  • From Student to Business Owner
  • Funding Your Venture
  • Protecting Your Idea

The event will begin with the Solomon Lecture Series in Eastway Center on Thursday, Nov. 20, and will continue Friday, Nov. 21, with a full day of exciting speakers, panels and workshops. A luncheon will be held on Friday for speakers and attendees to network in a relaxed setting. A full schedule will be available online soon.
