Capt Michael W. Frymier 

Recruits, trains, motivates, and counsels highly qualified young men and women as prospective Air Force officers. Instructs a junior-level course on Airpower History, integrating both written and verbal communication skills into classroom learning. Provides leadership training, military discipline, and educational and career guidance to Air Force ROTC cadets. As education officer, advises instructors on course curricula, revisions, test preparation, and improvement of instructional materials. Prepares and conducts in-service training. Designs and administers course critiques.
