Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge

Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge Technical Sergeant Melissa Bryant     TSgt Bryant recruits, trains, motivates and counsels highly qualified young men and women as prospective Air Force officers.  She is responsible for in processing all new cadets into the program, all personnel issues, cadet uniforms, and information management.  She also provides leadership training, military discipline, and educational and career guidance to Air Force ROTC cadets.  As NCOIC, TSgt Bryant is the first line of support for all academic and military classes in the detachment, and serves as the subject matter expert for all AFROTC guidelines and regulations.
