Staff Sergeant Eric Kelly
SSgt Kelly recruits, trains, motivates and counsels highly qualified young men and women as prospective Air Force officers. He is responsible for in-processing all new cadets into the program, all personnel issues, computers, cadet pay, and knowledge operations management. He also provides leadership training, military discipline, and educational and career guidance to Air Force ROTC cadets. As an NCO, SSgt Kelly is the first line of support for all academic and military classes in the detachment, and serves as the subject matter expert for all AFROTC guidelines and regulations.
