Recruiting Flight Commander

Capt Martin recruits, trains, motivates, and counsels highly qualified young men and women as prospective Air Force officers. He instructs a freshman-level course on Foundations of the US Air Force, integrating both written and verbal communication skills into classroom learning. He also provides leadership training,military discipline, and educational and career guidance to Air Force ROTC cadets. As Recruiting Flight Commander, Lt Martin directs all unit recruiting efforts and actively promotes Air Force career opportunities to university and high school students, faculty, administrators, and counselors. He is also responsible for managing all recruiting budget funding and acts as the U.S. Air Force's public liaison for local community issues.
