Commitment Contract and Program Fee Deadline
Fall 2013 Commitment Contract due by March 15, 2013; $1000 program fee due after student receives eligibility confirmation.
Spring 2014 Commitment Contract due by July 1, 2013; $1000 program fee due after student receives eligibility confirmation.
Scholarship Application Deadline
Fall 2013 Scholarship Application due by March 1, 2013
Spring 2014 Scholarship Application due by June 15, 2013

Starting Oct. 15, 2012 at 12:01AM (EST), KSU FDM students may complete and submit the online Intent to Participate form. Submitting this form will hold a spot in the program for the term requested. THE FORM WILL NOT BE VISIBLE UNTIL Oct. 15, 2012 at 12:01AM (EST).
