Student Support Service (SSS) Purpose
SSS is a federally funded TRiO program that provides FREE services to students who are first-generation college students, students registered with the Student Accessibility Services (SAS) office on campus, and those from specific income backgrounds (including Pell Grant recipients). Services include tutoring, mentoring, workshops, laptop lending program, and grant aid. The goal of the program is to help these students succeed, persist, and graduate from college.
How do I apply?
Come to our office located in 207 Schwartz Center between 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. There, you will fill out an application for eligibility and will meet with a staff member who will assess your needs, verify course placement, and assign you to the appropriate services.
