Program Requirements and Application Procedures

This program is open to domestic doctoral students. Students must also apply for graduate admission to the participating department of their choice at either Kent State or Miami University (for a list of participating departments and faculty mentors, go to the faculty link). Please refer to the FAQs for details and other information. Applications can be obtained from this page as a downloadable Word or pdf file. Once open, please use "Save As" to save a local editable copy. Submission procedures are included on the application form.
