Core Courses
The core requirements for all students in the School of Biomedical Sciences are listed below. In addition, each program area has it's own set of core and elective courses, which you can find these listed under each program area. In some cases, waivers or substitutions can be obtained with the permission of the Director.
The Genearl Core Requirements:
Eukaryotic Cell Biology: 4 credits
General Biochemistry: 3 - 6 credits
Quantitative Methods and Statistics: 3 - 7 credits
Introduction to Biomedical Sciences: 1 credit
Professional Development/College Teaching: 1 credit
Remaining courses are comprised of program core courses and electives.
