Dr. Ziegler is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business specializing in statistics, quality improvement and management operations.  Prior to getting his Ph.D. at Kent State University in Operations Research and Statistics, Ed had a very successful and rewarding career in business.   During his twenty plus year career in business he was Vice President of Sales at American Consumer Products, Operating Manager at American Consumer Products, Director of Planning at Curtis Noll, A Congoleum Company, and Senior Business Analyst with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.  He has also served as a Director with Milo Corporation. Ed has developed computer literacy in twelve different languages/software systems. He has taught statistics in the Corporate Executive MBA Program for the past five years.  His combination of business experience and academic education effectively positions him for teaching in Kent State's Executive Program and Healthcare Programs.
