Aviad Israeli

Visiting Professor

 

Aviad Israeli is a Visiting Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Information Systems.  He researches management of service firms.  His studies focus on: 1) identifying firms’ strategic assets and evaluating these assets’ impact on firm performance in service industries, 2) on evaluation of crisis management practices and 3) on studying the dynamics of service encounters in the context of Service Supply Chains.
