Kathryn Levels

Academic Advisor

Katie Levels is an Academic Advisor who works with undergraduate students in the College of Business Administration.  Her assigned advisees are all Economics majors and Business Management majors with a last name of L-Z.  Her office and primary advising is in Kent, and she also serves business students on the Stark and Trumbull campuses. 

Katie's primary focus is recruitment and retention.  She organizes the Destination Kent State freshman orientation program and the transfer student orientation for the College of Business Administration.  She also works with students who are being reinstated. 

Katie is a certified and licensed mental health counselor.  She earned her Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University double majoring in Sociology and Criminology.  She received her Master's from Bowie State after completing the Counseling Psychology program. 

Katie enjoys learning, helping others, and traveling.  She has traveled to five continents and over fifteen countries.
