Nicole Kotlan
Academic Program Director
I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Kent State University in 1995. During the course of my undergraduate degree, I developed an interest in Higher Education while a Resident Advisor (RA), Orientation Leader and Sorority member. Upon completion of my BBA degree I entered the Higher Education, Administration and Student Personnel program at Kent State University where I earned my Master's of Education in 1997. I spent two years working in higher education and last eleven plus years in corporate America. As Director, I work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the office provides advising assistance and support to the College of Business.
