Financial Aid

Forever Buckeye

Kent State University has adopted the Forever Buckeye program, established by the Ohio Board of Regents and the State of Ohio.  Under this program a student that graduated from an Ohio high school and who re-establishes primary domicile in the state can be considered an Ohio resident and assessed the in-state tuition rate.  For more information about taking advantage of the Forever Buckeye program at Kent State, contact the Registrar's Office at 330-672-3131 or ohioresidency@kent.edu.
