Linda Zucca, Ph.D., CPADepartment Chair
Linda J. Zucca, Ph.D., Case Western Reserve University, CPA, conducts research and teaches in the area of financial accounting. Since joining the faculty in 1988, she has had particular interests in earnings management and the impact of asset impairments on financial statements. Through service on the Financial Accounting Standards Board's Task Force on the Impairment of Long Lived Assets, she has observed the standard setting process and has contributed to the development of accounting standards. Her teaching interests include Corporate Accounting and Professional Issues and Ethics in Accounting. She also is the Department Chair and serves as Masters of Science in Accounting Program Coordinator.
