Dr. Michael Y. Hu is a Professor of Marketing and Bridgestone Endowed Chair Professor in International Business in the Department of Marketing at Kent State University. He has also served as the Marketing Ph.D. coordinator since 1999. Dr. Hu received his Ph.D. in Management Science from the University of Minnesota in 1977.
Dr. Hu has published a collection of articles in scholarly publications, concerning a range of topics from firm internationalization to children's recall of television advertisements. Since 2004, he has been cited in the Journal of Advertising, Journal of Global Marketing, International Journal of Marketing Research, and Marketing Management Journal, to name a few.
