Aviad Israeli is a Visiting Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Information Systems. He researches management of service firms. His studies focus on: 1) identifying firmsâ€™ strategic assets and evaluating these assetsâ€™ impact on firm performance in service industries, 2) on evaluation of crisis management practices and 3) on studying the dynamics of service encounters in the context of Service Supply Chains.
