Dr. DuBois is an organizational psychologist, nationally known for his innovative work in applying social science to vital national issues. Currently, he serves as Director of Research and Development for True Market Solutions, providing sustainability programs to organizations. For the past 20 years, he has served as principal investigator on projects that span the range, from training and instructional design, to job and task analyses, leadership, job expertise and job knowledge, personnel security, social design, and environmental sustainability. Dr. DuBois has done work with the US Marine Corps, US Army, the US Navy, the Office of Naval Research, the Department of Defense, Loral Corporation, Bell Atlantic, Bell South, the US General Accounting Office, the City of Fairfield, and Genetic ID, among others. He has published and presented extensively, including peer reviewed scientific studies, invited book chapters, invited addresses, technical reports and presentations to national scientific conferences. He has founded two companies and two non-profit organizations.
