Academic Requirements
Applicants must possess an undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree in science (B.S.) or a related field from an accredited college, university, or institute. A 4-year degree is the standard minimum requirement.
Application Procedure
Applicants are required to submit the following materials:
- Application for Admission

- Statement of personal goals and professional objectives and how the Master of Technology degree will assist you in achieving them
- Current resume
- Official transcripts from each institution of higher education in which eight or more semester hours were earned (two from each institution)
The College of Technology requires a minimum cumulative undergraduate grade point average (gpa) of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale for unconditional admission. The cumulative GPA is calculated by using all undergraduate courses.
Guest Students
Students who would like to take up to 6 hours of graduate coursework, but are not interested in earning a graduate degree at this time, may apply as a guest student. Guest students may apply online. Please note that admission as a guest student does not guarantee admission to a graduate degree program at a later time. All admission requirements for a graduate program must still be met.
