Directions - East Liverpool

Directions to the Kent State East Liverpool Main Building:

From the East: Take Interstate Highway 376 west from Pittsburgh to the U.S. Route 22/30 exit. Take this road to the U.S. Route 30 exit. Take Route 30 until you cross through West Virginia and over the Ohio River. Take the state Route 11 north exit to the left. As you enter East Liverpool, stay in the far right lane and take the downtown East Liverpool exit. Take the Broadway exit (first right on the access road). Take the next right onto Fourth St. The Main Building is straight ahead.

From the North: Take state Route 11 south to East Liverpool. As you enter East Liverpool, you will pass the state Route 7 south exit. The next exit is downtown East Liverpool. Take this exit to the stop sign. Go straight on the access road to the Kent State East Liverpool and downtown signs (first left turn after the U.S. Route 30/39 east entrance). Go under the overpass. The Main Building is on the right as you go up the hill. Enter the building from the Fourth St. entrance.

From the South: Take state Route 7 north to East Liverpool. Pass Westgate School on the right. At the first red light, turn right at the U.S. Route 30/39 east exit. Remain in the right lane. The next exit is downtown East Liverpool. Take this exit to the stop sign. Go straight on the access road to the Kent State East Liverpool and downtown signs (first left turn after the Route 30/39 east entrance). Go under the overpass. The Main Building is on the right as you go up the hill. Enter the building from the Fourth St. entrance.

Directions - Salem

Directions to Kent State Salem:
From the Northeast: Take state Route 11 south to U.S. Route 224 toward Canfield to Route 62. Continue straight at the intersection of Route 62/45 to Salem on N. Lincoln Ave. Follow N. Lincoln Ave. through Salem. N. Lincoln becomes state Route 45 south.

From the Northwest: Take Interstate 76 east to the state Route 14 exit. Bear right, continue to the U.S. Route 62/45 bypass. Turn right onto the Route 62/45 bypass. Follow to state Route 45. Turn right on Route 45. The campus is one mile on the right.

From the Southeast: Take U.S. Route 30 east to state Route 45 north to Kent State Salem on the left.

From the Southwest: Take state Route 9 north to state Route 45 and turn right. At S. Lincoln Ave., turn right and continue following state Route 45 south. The campus is one mile on the right.

From the East Liverpool Area to Salem City Center Campus:

Take State Route 30 west to State Route 45 north through Lisbon and past the South Lincoln KSU Salem Campus on your left.

Continue on Lincoln Street (about 2 miles).  Cross over the intersection of State Street (Rt. 14).  You will see Home Savings and Loan on your left.  Go one block and you will see the City Center (light tan building) on your right, 230 North Lincoln.

Parking for classes starting before 5 p.m.

To park, turn left onto Second Street (before you get to the building). Park in the public lot on your left.  Enter the building from the ground floor on the building’s front right

Go up one flight of stairs.  The Workforce and Continuing Studies Office is in the center of the second floor.

Parking for classes starting after 5 p.m.

Park in the lot next to the City Center on the left (north) side of the building. Enter through the double doors in the back (southeast) of the building.

For those needing handicap parking, the second floor is also accessible from the rear of the building.

OR

Or coming up Route 11, exit at Lisbon. At the exit ramp stop sign, turn right onto Route 154. Follow Route 154 into Lisbon where it joins Route 45.

Follow Route 45 north through Lisbon.  In approximately 6 miles you will pass the South Lincoln KSU Salem Campus on your left.

Continue on Lincoln Street (about 2 miles).  Cross over the intersection of State Street (Rt. 14).  You will see Home Savings and Loan on your left.
