Kent Association for Computing Machinery, Student Chapter
Whether your are an undergraduate student or a graduate student, a great way to meet other students in the Department is to join a student organization! One of the professional societies in computer science is the KSU Student Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). For more information on this organization contact the Computer Science Department.
If you want to get involved and meet new students, another great student organization at Kent State University is Hacksu. Hacksu is for students that want to learn more about a wide variety of technologies. Check out their website for more information on what they do and when they meet!
As a Computer Science major, our goal is to help guide you through your degree program in a pleasant and efficient manner, as well as assist in navigating any hurdles that may arise along the way.
