Profile Detail
Amanda Mullett
Interests:
My research interests mainly focus on ancient mobility and the prehistoric use of space and landscape in eastern North America. I incorporate modern geographic methods in the assessment of widely accepted archaeological concepts.
I have also worked on a wide variety of other projects using spatial analysis and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to solve real world problems. These analyses range from locating food deserts at multiple scales in Ohio, tracking the migratory patterns of saki monkeys in Suriname, and modeling the need for nursing homes as baby boomers grow older.
