The Master of Music in Performance allows for concentrated study in an applied area. Students have opportunities to perform in a variety of well-respected ensembles.
Official transcript(s); 3.0 GPA; three letters of recommendation; resume; goal statement; and audition.

* Theory Placement Exam may place students into Theory Practicum. This undergraduate course doe not count towards degree credit and must be taken in addition to the graduate Music Theory requirement.
** Applied Music: Students register for 4 credit hours of Applied Music in two of the semesters and register for 2 credit hours of Applied Music in the two semesters in which they register for recital.
*** Ensemble: String players will register for Orchestra every semester. Piano choose from Music Ensembles, Chamber Music, Piano Accompanying. Voice may register for Opera Workshops.
**** Recital: Students register for 2 credit hours of Applied Music courses in the two semesters in which they register for recital.
