The Daily Kent Stater newspaper, published Monday through Friday during the regular academic year and weekly during the summer, is the leading source of news and information for the Kent Campus. The online edition is http://www.stateronline.com

The Burr is a popular general interest magazine published twice during the academic year. The Burr staff also produces a digital edition called the CyBurr.

TV-2 features live news at 5:30 and 6:30 and live and taped sports, talk and variety programs on campus and community cable channels Monday through Friday during the regular academic year.

Black Squirrel Radio, KentState’s student-run radio station, can be heard on campus and community cable and on the Internet. Black Squirrel Radio is a multi-format station offering a mix of urban, alternative, talk and more.

Uhuru is a publication of Black United Students. More than 10 percent of KSU's students are minorities. UHURU speaks directly to this important segment of the campus community.

Kent's literary publication, Luna Negra, is a blend of poetry, prose, photography and illustration. The magazine is produced twice a year by students in the English department.

Artemis magazine explores women's concerns, experiences and issues in opinion, personal narrative, poetry, humor and research pieces. All are invited to contribute.

Fusion magazine addresses sexual minority issues within the general university population. The magazine strives to unify people of different backgrounds through education and awareness.

Seeds of Change magazine explores social and environmental issues.
