Campus Environment and Operations coordinates all 12/15 passenger van rentals for Kent State University personnel.  For important information concerning rental of 12/15 passenger vans, including minimum age for drivers, refer to the 12/15 Passenger Van Rental Information link below.  Please complete the 12/15 Passenger Van Training Registration Form and fax to 330-672-9718.  As in the past, all 12/15 passenger van drivers must complete Kent State University's driver safety training program , and license checks are required once a year for full-time employees and twice a year for students.  The 12/15 passenger van rentals will be picked up and dropped off at Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 1211 NW Main Street in Kent.  If you have further questions or concerns, please call 330-672-0818.
