Contact Campus Environment and Operations during the office hours posted above for any insect and/or pest control services. When reporting a request for service, please provide the following information:

1. Name of building, floor and room number to best locate the area of concern.
2. Identification of insect or pest in need of control.
3. Name and phone number of person to contact when the contracted service person follows up with this request for pest or insect control service.
