Most special event requests for Custodial Services need to be coordinated with the University Scheduling Office and Conference Bureau. Please call 330-672-3202 to initiate the request. Questions about the proper procedure can be directed to the Manager of Custodial Services at (330) 672-2345.

Please note: arrangements should be made well in advance of the special event in order to efficiently coordinate the appropriate personnel. A minimum 72 hour notice is required.
