General Services
Campus Environment and Operations provides a wide variety of general maintenance and specialty services for the University community. Full service for approximately fifty academic buildings is the responsibility of Campus Environment and Operations. Service includes preventive maintenance on building equipment such as the heating and cooling systems, and all of the building utilities as well as individual department specialty equipment that may require service and repair. Response to emergency repairs and needs are provided on a twenty-four hour a day, seven-day-a-week basis.
Campus Environment and Operations also provides technical support for maintenance and service, as well as preventive maintenance to University operations, including the Kent Student Center, Residence Services and the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
