Members of the Kent State Salem Communiversity Choir are joining with the Kent State choir and orchestra as they present the German Requiem, by Johannes Brahms, on Sunday, May 8 at 7:30 p.m. in Cartwright Hall on the Kent Campus.
Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased at www.kent.edu/music/buy-tickets. There is student pricing and anyone under 18 is admitted free. There is no assigned seating.
Melissa Fucci, director of the Communiversity Choir and assistant professor of music at Kent Salem, invites everyone to attend this concert. “It is going to be a beautiful and moving performance,” she said. “This is a rare musical opportunity for our choir members and we are thrilled to be part of it.”
