Student Physical Therapist Assistant Club

Exciting things are always happening in the Student PTA Club, and students are encouraged to join each year.

The PTA club has four elected officers: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Students involved get the opportunity to build skills necessary to the PT Profession while in school, such as team collaboration, team building, leadership and fiscal management. Students in the SPTA Club are also highly involved in community service and engagement.

The Club has raised funds for local charitable organizations, donating and participating in various fundraisers and community service projects.  The members have participated in the city of East Liverpool’s “Team up to Clean Up”, the EL Campus 50th Anniversary celebration, and the Beaver County Special Olympics, just to name a few projects.

Club members also continue the tradition of hosting the annual Red-Cross blood drive and holiday celebration for both Robert Bycroft MRDD School and the Columbiana County HeadStart Program.
