Rozell R. Duncan currently teaches in the areas of organizational communication and development, interviewing, organizational communication, gender and communication, small group communication, interviewing and interpersonal communication. Her current research interests are in the areas of the impact of new technologies on the communication between superiors and subordinates, and the impact of gender on workplace socialization. She recently published in the Journal of the Association for Communication Administration. She has presented numerous papers at international, national, and regional conventions. Prior to teaching at Kent, she was an adjunct instructor at the University of Akron and worked in various management positions for the County of Summit Department of Job and Family Services.
