Commencement caps and gowns are available at the Kent Student Center Bookstore.

Spring 2013 Doctoral Rental Deadline is Friday, March 22.

Bachelor's and master's apparel may be purchased until the day before the ceremonies. The deadline to rent doctoral apparel is six weeks prior to the event. The deadline to purchase doctoral apparel is nine weeks prior to the event.

A hood will be presented to each doctoral degree candidate at the commencement ceremony at no cost to the recipient. Whether rented, purchased or borrowed, doctoral degree candidates must wear a doctoral gown. Doctoral candidates may not be hooded without proper regalia.
