Restriction

If you have restricted your personal information from the Kent State Student Directory, your name will not appear in the commencement program unless you do one of the following:

Un-restrict your directory information:

• Login to FlashLine on the Kent State homepage
• Select Student Tools
• From the Submit Requests channel, select Cancel the Request for Restriction of Directory Information
• Select Remove Your Restriction and submit

Or

If you do not wish to remove your directory restriction, but would like to have your name appear in the commencement program, fill out the commencement program release and return it to the Commencement Office at the address or fax number provided. Please note that if you fill out the release form instead of removing your directory restriction, your name will not be released to the media as a KSU graduate.

You MUST notify the Commencement Office at graduate@kent.edu if you are going to remove your restriction or submit a release form to ensure that your information is processed.
