The Center for Public Administration and Public Policy at Kent State University has designed training programs to address the area of management skills. Each program meets for two and one half hours weekly over a designated period.
The supervisory programs emphasize the integration of text readings, small group discussions, role play, case studies, and practical application to the job. The on-campus supervisory programs are held on an annual basis during the fall semester.
The center will also provide the programs at client sites. In client-based programs, every effort is made to customize the program to individual needs.
