Training Programs

The Kent State University Center for Public Administration and Public Policy provides several training programs for local municipal employees throughout the year.

These programs provide personal and professional development to municipal employees through courses of study that are relevant and current.  Aimed at skill building, our courses seek to enable officials to handle responsibilites more efficiently and effectively.

These programs also provide a unique learning environment where employees from various jursdictions can come together and share experiences and insights with other local officials.  In the end, these programs aim to help local officials become better stewards for their citizens.
