When is it offered
The Columbus Program
will be offered each
fall semester
Columbus Program students are accompanied by Dr. Vernon Sykes, the program director.
They will begin their first week participating in the colloquium on the Kent campus.
This will include speakers, team building sessions, an etiquette lunch and a group photo. If you live more than an hour away, housing will be provided.
The second week, students will move in to their housing complex and begin their internships. Students will work as interns three days a week and two days a week attend briefings and take a course in Special Topics Course held in the Statehouse.
