Clinical Assignment Absence
Effective immediately, students who are absent from a clinical assignment must have a doctor's note, regardless of the amount of days they take for each illness.
The student will make up the days they actually miss one-for-one.
The rotation coordinator must have a signed/dated note as proof of each illness immediately upon the student's return
