Wayne DunnThe Center for Scholastic Journalism supports a retired journalism teacher from Ohio, Wayne Dunn, as part of the Journalism Education Association’s Mentoring Program for new student media advisers. The work of Dunn, an award-winning teacher still active in student media, is also supported by the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. After training at the Journalism Education Association convention in Philadelphia in November 2007, Dunn became part of the inaugural national class of JEA mentors and since 2008 has worked with more than a dozen new media advisers around the state of Ohio.
