Meet Danielle Sarver Coombs author of "Last Man Standing" at this special book signing event!

FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 2014 noon to 2 p.m., Kent State University Bookstore. Last Man Standing examines mainstream media coverage of the 2012 Republican primary season to identify and examine the frames used to make sense of the candidates and the race.

Creativity to be Celebrated At First Kent State Mini Maker Faire®

Makers across all disciplines, from art and design to technology and science, will now have the opportunity to exhibit and discuss their unique talents in one environment at the first Kent State Mini Maker Faire® to be held on April 24 from noon to 4 p.m. on the first floor of the University Library.

First Annual "Race into Finals" 5K Race & 1 mile Fun Run/Walk

Sunday, April 27,2014 from 8:00 - 11:00 AM. Sponsored in part by the College of Nursing to benefit the Student Nurses Emergency Fund. Event held on the Kent Campus. Loop course starting and ending at Henderson Hall. A fun-filled event to promote wellness, physical activity and community.
