Rosie's Diner and Rosie's Rations were opened in the fall of 2002 and has been the place to be since its opening. Located in the Tri-Towers Rotunda, it replaced the Rathbun Room, named for the late KSU Residence Services employee, Rosalie Rathbun.

Rosie's was created to support today's fast paced students! Gone are the days of three square meals. University Dining Services found students eat between five to six times a day and at all different times of the day! Rosie's Diner and Rations is busiest between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.

Students can order from a touch screen kiosk and pay at the same time. While they are waiting on their freshly prepared food they can shop in the adjacent convenience store, Rosie's Rations.

Located adjacent to the diner and has a wide variety of items to suit any need including a new cooler that is solely dedicated to Vegan and Vegetarian Items.
