Items marked with this symbol on menus are free of gluten, a protein composite found in wheat (including kamut and spelt), barley, rye and triticale. We take care to prepare these options ensuring safety for those with celiac disease, however depending on the severity of your allergy, you may want to consult the manager at any dining location.
