GLUTEN FREE

Square label with large letters G F for Gluten FreeItems marked with this symbol on menus are free of gluten, a protein composite found in wheat (including kamut and spelt), barley, rye and triticale. We take care to prepare these options ensuring safety for those with celiac disease, however depending on the severity of your allergy, you may want to consult the manager at any dining location.


LOCAL

Kent State Dining Services is committed to supporting local vendors and fostering partnerships that promote self-reliant food economies with sustainable food production practices, processing and distribution methods.


ORGANIC

Ingredients used to prepare these dishes are free of synthetic additives like pesticides, chemical fertilizers and dyes and must are not processed using industrial solvents, irradiation, or genetic engineering.


VEGAN

VEGETARIAN
