To ensure students are keeping track of their lifestyles we recommend students use MyFitnessPal, an app that will help you track your health from anywhere.
MyFitnessPal is an easy to use app that can be downloaded on your Iphone or Anroid.It can be used as a food diary, keeping track of your calories and even customizing a diet based off of your weight loss goals. Using MyFitnessPal in conjunction with the Health and Wellness options offered around campus can help you take the next steps to a healthy lifestyle.
To use MyFitnessPal, scan the barcode on the menus at our dining locations. The information about the meal will show up on your app. You can count calorie intake with one scan!
