I am a Special Assistant in the Division of Diversity,Equity and Inclusion and have been working at Kent State since January 2008. My interest and passion is for the students of Kent State. To see them succeed and be diverse in their academics and future careers while taking personal action in being inclusive with their surroundings and community. Because of this, I enjoy being a student organization advisor for the Native American Student Association (N.A.S.A.) and Co-Advisor of the Spanish and Latino Student Association (S.A. University Diversity Action Council (UDAC)
Diversity Advisory Board-Including fundraising for scholarship events
Diversity Trailblazer Committee
MLK Jr., Celebration Day
New Hire Diversity Luncheon
Student Multicultural programs to assist in the successful enrollment, retention and graduation of under-represented and under-served students.
